Kate Armstrong  Associate Director BCom, CA.(PP) Kate’s people skills are evident in the great relationships she has with her clients, as well as within her team. She enjoys working with people and has an easy consultative style of communication thus making her a great sounding board for developing solutions to business challenges. Initially trained as an auditor whilst working for one of New Zealand’s ‘big four’ accounting firms, Kate gained exposure to a wide range of organisation types and industries.  Spending three years in London Kate obtained experience in management accounting, financial accounting and forecasting.

Upon returning to New Zealand Kate joined New Zealand’s favourite airline where she worked for four years in the Group Finance team.  Her expertise includes: Business Advisory Asset Protection Tax planning and advice Management Accounting Human Resource Systems Accounting for Trusts Succession Planning Kate has assisted her husband develop three successful Businesses She can now “walk the talk” as she knows first hand the excitement and risks of owning and operating a small to medium enterprise. She can easily identify the necessary inputs to achieve the best results. Kate is a keen interior designer and enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
